Jonathan W. Alpen

Performing at the highest levels has been core to Jonathan's approach since childhood. After attending University in Wisconsin on a golf scholarship, Jon’s education continued in Victoria.  Jon joined Smart Investments in 2006 and took over the business from John Smart in 2018.  In 2022, Jon made some business changes and became Alpen Investment Advisors.

He is always pleased to meet new people and discuss his investment approach through an easy-to-understand process.

Jon and his wife Jane have three children, and much of his free time is spent coaching youth baseball.  He does still manage to enjoy the odd early morning tee-time.
