Jonathan Alpen was recommended to us by our North Vancouver realtor. We interviewed a few potential advisors but ultimately chose Jon as he did not oversell himself or "guarantee" outrageous figures for returns. Our portfolio in the beginning was not particularly impressive but through the years of careful saving, some luck with real estate and of course great advise from Jon, it has grown to the point that we will be comfortable retiring.
